Iron Lung

Following an event called the Quiet Rapture, all known stars and habitable planets have vanished, leaving only a few survivors on orbital stations and ships. In this desolate future, a prisoner is sent to a barren moon to explore a discovered ocean of blood in hopes of finding essential resources. Locked inside a small submarine known as the Iron Lung, the convict must navigate the depths blindly due to extreme pressure. If the mission succeeds, he will be granted his freedom, though twelve previous expeditions have already failed to return.

This science fiction horror mystery was written and directed by Mark Fischbach, marking his second directorial effort following Wilford 'MOTHERLOVING' Warfstache from 2018. Fischbach also stars as Simon, appearing alongside Caroline Kaplan, Troy Baker, Elsie Lovelock, Elle LaMont, and Mick Lauer. Produced by Markiplier Studios with a budget of 3 million USD, the film earned 51 million USD at the worldwide box office.
