Harlot's Prayer

Harlot's Prayer is an Indonesian drama and thriller centered on a Muslim woman named Kiran. Seeking to deepen her spirituality, she joins a radical Islamic organization. However, the experience has the opposite effect, leading her to lose her faith. In response to this disillusionment, Kiran turns to a life of promiscuity as a way to challenge the divine.

The film was directed by Hanung Bramantyo, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Ifan Adriansyah Ismail. It was released on May 22, 2024, following Bramantyo's earlier works Seteru and Trinil. It is one of several projects the director completed in 2024, preceding later titles such as La Tahzan: Cinta, Dosa, Luka... and Children of Heaven. The production was handled by MVP Pictures and Dapur Film Production, with Raam Punjabi serving as producer.

Aghniny Haque stars as Kiran, appearing alongside a credited cast of 32 actors, including Donny Damara, Djenar Maesa Ayu, Samo Rafael, Andri Mashadi, and Nugie. The movie has a total runtime of 117 minutes.
