Blaga's Lessons

Blaga's Lessons is a drama about a seventy-year-old former teacher and widow who maintains strict moral standards. After telephone scammers steal the money she saved for her late husband's headstone, she finds herself in a desperate financial position. This loss leads her to consider a suspicious job offer, causing her to gradually abandon the honest principles she once held.

The film was directed by Stephan Komandarev, who also served as a producer and co-writer alongside Simeon Ventsislavov. This project is the first in a chronological list of works by the director, followed by Made in EU. The cast is led by Eli Skorcheva in the title role, appearing with Gerasim Georgiev, Rozalia Abgarian, Ivan Barnev, Stefan Denolyubov, and Ivaylo Hristov.
