Khadaan

Khadaan is an Indian action crime drama centered on the lives of Shyam and Mohan. After leaving remote areas of Purulia to find work as laborers in the Damodar Valley coal mines, the two men navigate a challenging environment marked by hardship and struggle. The narrative follows their evolving friendship and their shared journey through a world of sacrifice and redemption.

Directed by Soojit Dutta and written by Biswaroop Biswas, the film was produced by Dev and Nispal Singh through Surinder Films and Dev Entertainment Ventures. The main cast features Dev in the role of Shyam Mahato, also known as Madhu, alongside Jisshu Sengupta as Mohan Das. Other appearing actors include Idhika Paul, Barkha Bisht, Sneha Bose, and Anirban Chakrabarti. The movie has a total runtime of 135 minutes and was released on December 20, 2024.
