How She Caught A Killer

Based on a true story, this crime thriller follows Linda Murphy, a rookie detective who has recently completed her training at the police academy. Upon learning from her supervisor, David Goodman, that a serial killer is targeting sex workers in the area, Linda seeks to go undercover. She partners with FBI agent Neil Carter to infiltrate the victims' community in an attempt to solve the murders and apprehend the killer.

Directed by Robin Hays, this was the first of three films the director completed between 2023 and 2024. The movie stars Sarah Drew in the lead role, with Eric Keenleyside and Jamall Johnson also appearing in primary roles. The production was a collaboration between companies from Canada and the United States, including Lifetime and Novus Ordo Seclorum Entertainment.
