Earth Song

Earth Song is an upcoming drama set in Helsinki. The story follows Rojin, a woman of Kurdish and Finnish descent, whose life is disrupted by an unexpected visit from her father. This encounter forces her to deal with her past and puts a strain on her relationship with her husband, Ferhat, and their adopted daughter, Azad, as hidden family secrets emerge.

The film is directed by Erol Mintaş, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Mikko Viljanen and served as a producer alongside Mete Sasioglu. It is a joint production between Germany and Finland, involving Elemag Pictures, Sons of Lumière, and Jamedia Production. The movie features a cast including Dilan Gwyn in the lead role of Rojîn, with Feyyaz Duman, Zenan Tünc, Ali Seçkiner Alıcı, and Nicola Perot. The film has a runtime of 118 minutes and is scheduled for release on December 11, 2026.
