Seven years after the events of the previous film, retired spy Philip lives a quiet life in Italy with his daughter Vanessa. Their peace is interrupted when Vlad, a Russian-French terrorist and the brother of a former target, discovers their location. Accompanied by a ruthless army, Vlad seeks revenge, forcing father and daughter to go on the run. To protect innocent lives and the village Philip considers home, the two must unite to fight off the attackers.

This action thriller was directed by Valeri Milev, who previously directed Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort in 2014 and Re-Kill in 2015. The film stars Jean-Claude Van Damme as Philip, Jacqueline Fernandez as Vanessa, and Andrei Lenart as Vlad Petrovic, with additional roles played by Peter Stormare, Talia Asseraf, and María Conchita Alonso. The screenplay was written by Jim Agnew, Andrea Iervolino, and Ferdinando Dell'Omo.
