Buzzheart

Buzzheart is a mystery thriller about parents who are deeply worried about the well-being of their daughter. To ensure her safety, they force her boyfriend to undergo a series of brutal and intense trials designed to test the strength of his feelings for her.

Written and directed by Dennis Iliadis, the film followed his previous works The Last House on the Left, He's Out There, and Delirium. This joint production from Greece and the United States features a cast including Evelina Papoulia as Sandra and Yorgos Liantos as Yorgos, along with Konstantina Messini, Claudio Kaya, Evelina Gourna, and Asimina Xirou. The movie was produced by Amanda Livanou and Dennis Iliadis with support from the Greek Film Centre, Filmiki Etairia, EPT, and Neda Film.
