The Siege: Archangel One

A civil guard member attempts to track down a violent serial killer to prevent his city from falling into total disorder. This Hungarian action thriller serves as a prequel, taking place ten years before the events of the film The Siege.

Mark G. Lakatos wrote and directed the film, which was the first of two credited projects in his career before his 2026 movie Meat Locker. The production was handled by Trove Film Collective and featured a cast including Nyutali Norbert as Mihály Kovács, Riana Emma Balla as Emily Kovács, and Bernadett Bettina Ács as Léna Sebők. Other supporting roles were played by Tamás Tarcsi, Dávid Szabó, and Gergely Melis. The movie has a total runtime of 100 minutes.
