An agent from South Korea travels to Russia to investigate a drug trafficking network. While operating in the region, he encounters a North Korean operative. The two men find themselves entangled in a dangerous situation involving political secrets and conflicting interests, leading to a tense confrontation.

Directed and written by Ryoo Seung-wan, this film is the thirteenth project in the director's career, following his 2024 movie I, the Executioner. The cast is led by Zo In-sung and Park Jeong-min, with additional roles played by Park Hae-jun, Shin Sae-kyeong, Robert Maaser, and Eugene Jung.
