Underdog

Underdog is an action drama and thriller focusing on two Tarahumara brothers who aspire to be the world's top ultramarathon runners. Their ambitions are derailed when a violent cartel forces them into service as drug couriers. To protect their family from the resulting danger, the brothers must work together to reclaim their lives and determine their own future.

The film was directed by Gerardo Dorantes, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Fabián Archondo. Produced by Varios Lobos, the project features a cast including Vladimir Rivera, Manuel Cruz Vivas, Osvaldo Sánchez, Eligio Meléndez, Mayra Sérbulo, and Martijn Kuiper.
