Democratic governments are called markets and citizens are called assets. The latter are traded like a share on the stock market and woe to those, like Rachel Boyer, whose rating falls. She must go to a revaluation center, where they "treat" people who are deemed unprofitable. Are they going to kill her? No ! On the contrary, the responsibles of the center intend to grant her a chance for professional retraining.
