Two young men, Tom and Ajani, leave their conservative Dutch village to pursue film studies in Amsterdam. Seeking a life where they no longer have to hide their relationship, they discover that the social dynamics of the city are different from their expectations. While Ajani integrates easily into the local queer community, Tom struggles to adapt. This disparity creates tension in their public relationship as they both attempt to define themselves in an environment that accepts their identity.
The drama was directed by Dennis Alink, who also co-wrote the screenplay and served as a producer. This production follows his 2016 film Unknown Brood and precedes his 2026 project The Bi Issue.
