Ride

A former bull rider in Texas teams up with his estranged son to commit a robbery. Their goal is to secure funds for the daughter's cancer treatment before time runs out. When the heist fails, the two men must avoid capture by local law enforcement. Among those pursuing them is a sheriff who begins to suspect that the solution to the crime involves someone close to her.

The film was directed by Jake Allyn, who also co-wrote the screenplay and served as a producer. This was the first of two films directed by Allyn, followed by Clean Hands in 2026. The cast features C. Thomas Howell as John Hawkins, Jake Allyn as Peter, and Annabeth Gish as Monica Hawkins, with supporting roles played by Forrie J. Smith, Josh Plasse, and Scott Reeves.
