Sincerely, Ingénue is a conceptual fashion film centered on a distressed young woman who must confront a series of ghosts. These spirits represent her own anxieties and secrets, blocking her path to the future. To reclaim a forgotten sense of freedom, she is forced to struggle against these internal demons. The production showcases six distinct looks created by award-winning SCAD fashion designer Sarah Holman.

Directed by Marcus Carola, this mystery thriller was the first of two films he directed, preceding his 2026 project, Strati. The screenplay was a collaborative effort between Carola, Holman, and Isabella Ocampo, with Carola and Holman also serving as producers. The cast features Elizabeth Holman in the title role, supported by Sofia Lin, Maggie Sheridann, Jaide Ivey, Isabelle Leaf, and Audrey Magarian.
