Set in the province of Tucumán, Argentina, this drama follows Julieta, a young woman who is accused of infanticide following a medical emergency. The film was directed by Dolores Fonzi, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Laura Paredes. This is the second feature she has directed, following Blondi in 2023. Fonzi also stars as Soledad Deza, appearing alongside Camila Plaate as Julieta, Laura Paredes as Bárbara, and Luis Machín as Juez Fariña. The production involved a crew of 140 people and a cast of 75, with backing from Amazon MGM Studios, K & S Films, and Cine Argentino.
