Magic Farm

A documentary crew from the United States travels to rural Argentina to film a profile of a local musician. Due to their own errors, the team arrives in the wrong town, where the residents have no knowledge of the artist. To salvage their project, the filmmakers collaborate with the locals to fabricate a viral trend. As they work together, unexpected personal bonds form while a widespread crisis remains ignored in the background.

This comedy was written and directed by Amalia Ulman, who also appears in the cast as Elena. The film features Chloë Sevigny as Edna and Alex Wolff as Jeff, supported by Joe Apollonio, Guillermo Jacubowicz, and Camila del Campo. A total of 32 cast members and 95 crew members are credited in the production, which was a joint effort between companies from Argentina, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
