Boot Camp

Whitney Carmichael is a young woman who lacks athletic ability and feels pressure to change her image. To reinvent herself, she joins an intensive summer boot camp, where she develops romantic feelings for her personal trainer. Through the challenges of the program, she learns to accept her true identity and disregard the expectations placed upon her by others.
