Human Resource

Fren works in the human resources department of a large Thai company, where she conducts interviews with young job applicants. While navigating a demanding and oppressive professional environment, she is secretly one month pregnant. The story follows her internal struggle as she decides whether to bring a child into a difficult and fragile world. As her deadline for a decision approaches, the film explores the friction between systemic progress and individual wellbeing, presenting a philosophical reflection on existence where those around her begin to feel like threats.

The drama was written and directed by Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit, who also served as a producer alongside Patcharin Surawattanapong. This production follows his earlier works, Friendshit and Fast & Feel Love, and precedes God's Favorite Camera. Prapamonton Eiamchan stars as Fren, supported by a cast that includes Paopetch Charoensook, Chanakan Rattanaudom, and Pimmada Chaisaksoen.
