In My Mother's Mirror

Ursula Scheuer is a successful archaeologist who discovers a body during an excavation in a bog. Around the same time, her mother passes away, an event that triggers dormant childhood traumas for Ursula. As she navigates her grief, she becomes entangled in a confusing mixture of deception and fantasy. The arrival of a new assistant named Mel adds to the tension, as the young woman appears to possess intimate knowledge of Ursula's hidden past and family secrets.

Directed and written by Jutta Brückner, this German drama stars Corinna Harfouch as Ursula, with Carla Juri playing the role of Melanie Splitter.
