What's left behind the scenes
- Brett Goldstein (credited as writer, producer, and actor) wrote the screenplay specifically for Jennifer Lopez. He first sent her the script in 2023, but the actress declined to participate due to her schedule. After some time, he sent her the script again, emphasizing that the film would only be produced if Lopez took the lead role, or the project would be scrapped entirely. Lopez agreed.
