Enchanting Christmas

A widowed ice sculptor, Ben, creates a life-sized princess out of ice for his young daughter, Annie, at Christmas. The figure magically comes to life, and the woman who emerges, Jade, is lively and unconventional rather than truly royal. Masquerading as Annie's teacher so she can stay near the family, she unsettles their routine while a bond grows between her and Ben. Jade carries a cold fate of her own, and only genuine love can keep her heart and her hopes from melting away.

Enchanting Christmas is a 2024 American comedy romance directed by Brian Brough, who also produced, from a screenplay by Brittany Wiscombe and Chad Reininger. It is the sixth of the seven features he directed between 2014 and 2026, arriving the same year as Love Across Time and Passport to Love and before Adored. Emily Sweet plays Jade Frost, with Brando White as Ben, Ava Jarque as Annie Jacobs, and supporting turns from John Donovan Wilson, Charlie Prescott and Issa McKnight.

Made by Silver Peak Productions, Candlelight Media Group and SunWorld Pictures, the film runs 90 minutes and was released in October 2024. On TMDB it holds a rating of 6.2 out of 10 from a small number of votes, a lukewarm reception from a limited audience sample.
