Short description

Now the world champion, Rocky Balboa is living in luxury and only fighting opponents who pose no threat to him in the ring, until Clubber Lang challenges him to a bout. After taking a pounding from Lang, the humbled champ turns to former bitter rival Apollo Creed for a rematch with Lang.

What's left behind the scenes

Rocky's fight scene with Hulk Hogan's hero was filmed over 10 days.
The significant height difference between the opponents in the film was not exaggerated: Stallone is 178 cm tall, while Hogan is 193 cm tall.
During training for "Rocky III", Sly reduced his subcutaneous fat to 2.8% (a typical person has 18-20%, and the "Mr. Olympia" title holder at the time had around 4%).
Sylvester Stallone failed to obtain permission to use Queen's song "Another One Bites the Dust." He turned to Survivor, who wrote the song Eye of the Tiger at his request. The song was released on May 29, 1982.
