Faccione

Faccione is an Italian comedy centered on Daniela, a witty woman living in Rome. She shares a small apartment with her friend Luisa and works for Maria Pace, who owns an art gallery. The story follows Daniela as she navigates her relationships with two unconventional men: Mubu, a Senegalese drummer and the father of her child, and Michele, a clumsy plumber. While Mubu is often away on tour with a folkloric group, Daniela supports Michele, who eventually discovers his own identity and finds work in a motion picture.

The film was directed by Christian De Sica, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Filippo Ascione and Liliana Betti. It features Nadia Rinaldi in the lead role of Daniela, supported by Paco Reconti as Michele, Agnese Nano as Luisa, Antonello Fassari as Giuseppe, Rosalina Neri as Osiride, and Lucia Poli as Mrs. Pace. Produced by RAI, Cinecittà, Aura Film, and Video Holding, the movie has a runtime of 89 minutes.
