Akane Kinoshita is a university student struggling to move past a painful breakup. Through an online game, she meets Akito Yamada, a professional gamer and high school student. Although she initially perceives him as cold and blunt, his occasional acts of kindness lead her to develop romantic feelings for him. However, Akane faces a challenge as Akito shows no interest in romantic relationships.
