Neo Nuggets: A Pulled Pork Comedy

Flo Kienzl and Eddi Kovac seek a peaceful existence, but their stability is disrupted when their sister, Samira, returns after being presumed dead. Accompanied by armed individuals and linked to a mysterious treasure located in Lake Toplitz, Samira's reappearance forces the two men to assist her. This situation draws them into a world of conspiracies and intelligence agencies, where they must face a ruthless organization and their own history to protect more than just their own lives.

This Austrian comedy was directed by Andreas Schmied, who also wrote the screenplay alongside Wolfgang Brandstetter. It is the second film directed by Schmied, following his 2021 project Chasing the Line. The movie was produced by Schmied and Loredana Rehekampff. The main cast features Paul Pizzera as Flo Kienzl, Otto Jaus as Eddi Kovac, Gizem Emre as Samira, and Benno Fürmann as Thilo Mannheim. Released on October 16, 2025, the film provides a narrative centered on the unexpected reunion of siblings and the dangers associated with a hidden treasure.
