Ángel is a personal trainer who recently started a position at an elite gym after a year away from work. His stability is interrupted when a hospital visit reveals that he is pregnant. As a transgender man nearing the end of his transition, Ángel must make a significant choice regarding his pregnancy that forces him to reexamine his goals, his identity, and his perspective on masculinity.

This comedy is a joint production between Spain and Belgium, created by companies including La Claqueta and Menuetto. It was directed by Patricia Ortega, who previously directed Mamacruz in 2023. The screenplay was written by Ortega alongside José F. Ortuño and Olmo Figueredo, the latter of whom also served as the film's producer. The movie features Zack Gómez in the lead role as Ángel, appearing alongside Jorge Sanz, María León, Kiti Mánver, Fernando Guallar, and Adela Castaño. The film has a runtime of 90 minutes.
