New Mother-in-law

Viktor Suslov struggles to adapt to the rigid household rules imposed by his new mother-in-law. This tense domestic environment is further disrupted by the unexpected arrival of his twin brother, Tokha. Old animosities between the siblings resurface, fueled in part by the mother-in-law, while the situation becomes more precarious when law enforcement officers arrive searching for Tokha.

This Russian comedy was directed by Askar Uzabaev, following his previous work on projects such as Adam and Alma and Ruki Vverh! in 2024. The screenplay was written by Garik Kharlamov and Sergey Kaluzhanov. The film features Mariya Aronova as Galina, and Garik Kharlamov in a dual role as Viktor and Tokha.
