Red Rue Express

This romantic comedy centers on a journey to the Carpathian Mountains. While Denys is meant to be studying the railway trade under Mykola, he finds himself more interested in a blogger named Diana. Meanwhile, the relationship between Petrovych and Pavlivna faces turmoil in the train's dining car. The story reimagines the Ukrainian national symbol of the Red Rue as a modern cultural phenomenon.

Produced by FILM.UA Group, the movie was directed by Oleksii Yesakov. This is the second film he has directed following Doggies in 2025. The cast includes Sean Penn appearing as himself, alongside cameo appearances by Nataliia Mohylevska, Oleksandr Ponomarov, and Iryna Bilyk. Yurii Horbunov and Зоя Сошенко served as producers for the project. On TMDB, the film has a rating of 5/10 based on one vote.
