Pretty Young Love

Selma is a student entering her second year at Rosenholm Gymnasium. Just before the school term begins, she meets Johan, an attractive man slightly older than herself. Their initial romantic connection becomes complicated when Selma discovers that Johan is her new music teacher. The story explores themes of friendship, sexual awakening, and the social environment of high school through the perspective of a spirited teenager.

This Danish and Swedish drama was produced by SF Studios and directed by Mogens Hagedorn. The film features a cast including Karoline Hamm in the lead role as Selma, alongside Tue Lunding as Johan. Other cast members include Flora Ofelia Hofmann Lindahl, Anna Haarup Munch, Laura Allen Müller, and Fie Petersen. The screenplay was written by Line Mørkeby.
