Before Your Father Finds Us

Sophia and her daughter, Emily, have spent years in witness protection after Sophia testified against her criminal ex-husband, Mason. While they have managed to build a stable life, the situation changes when Mason escapes from a maximum security prison. Sophia informs her teenage daughter about her father's true identity, and the two flee to a remote forest cabin. There, they must fight to survive as Mason attempts to forcibly reunite the family.

This crime drama was produced as a TV movie by Lifetime, Studio TF1 America, and PF Maple Productions in Canada and the United States. It was directed by Jason Bourque, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Julie Auerbach. In Bourque's career, this project follows his 2024 releases and precedes his other 2025 films. The movie features Alexa PenaVega as Sophia, Tahmoh Penikett as Mason, and Jaeda Lily Miller as Emily, with supporting roles played by Yobdee, Lochlyn Munro, and Miranda Edwards. The film has a runtime of 88 minutes.
