The Crush

The Crush is an Egyptian romantic comedy about the relationship between a prosperous businesswoman and an accountant. After meeting by chance, the two begin a romance that leads to various funny circumstances. The story examines their psychological and social gaps to determine if their affection can overcome such significant differences.

The film was directed by Mahmoud Karim, following his previous works My Brother Above in the Tree and A Toxic Marriage. It precedes his other 2026 release, Red Flag. The screenplay was written by Loay El Sayed and the movie was produced by Zaid Al Kurdi under New Century Art Production.
