Father

A successful man's life is shattered when he accidentally leaves his infant daughter in the back of his car. This tragedy, caused by forgotten baby syndrome, puts a severe strain on his marriage and isolates him from friends and family. As he faces the possibility of imprisonment and struggles with immense guilt, he attempts to rebuild the broken bond with his wife amid intense media scrutiny and public judgment.

Directed by Tereza Nvotová, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Dušan Budzak, this drama is a joint production between Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The film stars Milan Ondrík and Dominika Morávková-Zeleníková as the parents, supported by Anna Geislerová, Martina Sľuková, Dominika Zajcz, and Peter Ondrejička.
