Team Building

A trading company's staff attends a week-long team-building retreat in the Carpathian Mountains. The event shifts from a standard corporate gathering into a desperate struggle for survival after a manager announces that impending layoffs will be decided by the outcome of the trip. The employees must compete against one another to secure their positions and avoid losing their jobs.

This Ukrainian comedy was directed by Oleksandr Kirienko, marking the first in a sequence of films that includes The Guardians of Christmas and A December Tale 2: The Lost Letter. Produced by United Content HUB, the film features a cast including Yevhen Lamakh, Vyacheslav Babenkov, Oleksandr Sugak, Ivan Sharan, Iryna Hryshak, and Yakiv Kucherevskyi. The production was managed by producers Andrii Nohin, Aleksey Goncharenko, and Oleksii Lymarenko. The movie has a runtime of 93 minutes.
