Sad Girlz follows two best friends and top swimmers on their team whose close bond is strained after a party. When a traumatic event occurs, the two girls disagree on how to handle the situation. While one prefers to remain silent, the other seeks revenge, forcing them to face a difficult choice that tests their friendship.
