This Bloody Country

Set in 1869, this Western follows a family traveling from Salt Lake City to establish a new church outpost. After transporting their belongings across a harsh landscape, the group encounters dangerous outlaws. When a violent confrontation occurs, their efforts to escape fail, forcing the group to stand their ground. Although the party consists primarily of women and children, they must find a way to defend themselves against an expected attack by their pursuers.

The film was written and directed by Craig Packard. The cast features Martin Dingle Wall as Ned Campbell, Larry Cedar as Josiah Ballard, and Maggie Gwin as Lilith Ballard. Other roles are played by Jacob Ward, Cameron Meyer, and Rainey Qualley. In total, 23 actors are credited in the production. Produced by International Smoking Jacket and Tangletown Pictures in the United States, the movie has a runtime of 102 minutes.
