The Roughneck

An oil worker traveling to his own wedding with his dog is targeted in a violent assault at a roadside stop. In the aftermath, he joins forces with his father, a former prisoner, to hunt down those responsible. Their pursuit of revenge leads them to uncover hidden scandals within their small rural town.

The action-thriller was written and directed by Kyle Rankin, following his previous works Infestation and Run Hide Fight, and preceding Run Hide Fight: Infidels. The film stars Austin North as Chris Davis and Holt McCallany as Ray Davis, with supporting roles played by Dichen Lachman, La Monde Byrd, Brook Sill, and Chase Ramsey. Produced by Voltage Pictures and Green Light Pictures, the United States production has a total runtime of 91 minutes.
