IPL: Indian Penal Law

IPL: Indian Penal Law is a crime thriller about a man named Gunasekaran who is framed for a murder. To stop a video involving the Chief Minister from leaking, the minister's assistant and Inspector Muthu Karupan kill a young man and place the blame on Gunasekaran. The plot focuses on the efforts of Anbu, who is in love with Kanimozhi, to clear Gunasekaran's name and save him from the false accusations.

The film was written and directed by Karunanithi, marking his second directorial project following Indian Penal Law. Produced by G.R. Madhan Krishnan through Radha Film International, the movie features a main cast including Kishore as Gunasekaran, TTF Vasan as Anbu, and Kushitha Kallapu as Kanimozhi. Released in India on November 28, 2025, the production has a total runtime of 127 minutes.
