Last Man in Tower

Last Man in Tower is an Indian drama based on the novel by Aravinda Adiga. The story follows a retired teacher named Masterji, whose refusal to conform to the expectations of those around him creates tension within his community. As he maintains his quiet resistance, the people in his neighborhood, including Mrs. Puri, are forced to confront their own moral compromises and the fragility of their relationships in the face of a changing modern India.

The film was directed by Ben Rekhi, who also served as a producer alongside Pratiksha Rao and Rana Daggubati. The screenplay was written by Sooni Taraporevala. The cast is led by Manoj Bajpayee in the role of Masterji, appearing with Divya Dutta as Mrs. Puri. Other supporting roles are played by Boman Irani, Harish Khanna, Sukant Goel, and Chandan Roy Sanyal, with a total of 21 credited cast members.
