63-year-old Uta accompanies her daughter Sara to a business meeting in France. Although it is February, the two women also want to spend a few days vacationing on the Atlantic coast and picnicking on the beach. Uta prefers to ignore the fact that she will probably be unable to work in the future after an accident and will barely be able to pay her rent in Stuttgart with her pension.
