A reserved musician who plays at weddings faces a public scandal when details of his private life are revealed. On a day involving both a high-stakes court date and a professional performance, he is accused of manipulating his marriage for personal gain. He navigates the city streets, the courtroom, and the stage while dealing with feelings of guilt and the pressure of public judgment.
This drama was produced by Mo Harawe and created through a collaboration between Lost Frame Films and the Maanmaal Art and Culture Centre. The production involved teams from Somalia, Austria, and Germany. Mo Harawe also directed the film, following his previous work, The Village Next to Paradise, released in 2024. The resulting short film has a runtime of 27 minutes.
