House Party

Kid is invited to a large celebration at the home of his friend Play. However, following a school fight, Kid is grounded by his father. He eventually sneaks out of the house to attend the event, unaware that three bullies from his school are tracking him to settle a score.

Directed and written by Reginald Hudlin, this comedy was the first in a series of ten films he directed.
