Short description

This four-minute comedy is built around a single situation: a character who will, at some point down the line, develop a drug habit. The short comes from the Funny Lifestyle strand, and it keeps the focus on that one wry premise rather than following the character's life beyond it.

Alosha Robinson directed and shares the screenplay with Joey Garcia and Connett Croghan, while Jocelyn Coffman produced. Robinson is credited as director on earlier films in the same loose series, including I Need an Intervention and I Need an Intervention 2, which appeared before this one in the release order. The cast is largely the same returning group.

Released on 20 January 2026, the film is a short entry of about four minutes, which places it alongside the other brief installments of the series rather than as a standalone feature. It is a comedy, and the title itself signals its joke: the moment of intervention keeps getting pushed into a future that never quite arrives. For viewers following the series, this release continues the format and the running gag established by the previous parts.
