Gray Stage is a Venezuelan drama and mystery film that adapts a poetry collection by writer Robert Rodríguez. Presented as a triptych, the story uses visual overlays and spoken word to explore the author's creative work and inner thoughts. A woman serves as the narrator, guiding the viewer through various echoes of the writer's mind by reciting poems.
The film was written and directed by Dante Garde, appearing in his filmography after She Sought to Be, Anomie, and Magic Carabobo. It precedes his other 2026 releases, Everything That Remained of Sophia (And What Did Not), VAMPIRO, and ESSE EST PERCIPI. Robert Rodríguez served as the producer for this 48 minute production. The cast features Janen Halah as the narrator, alongside Cristhiam Soto, César Calero, Victoria Vázquez, Valeria Machado, and Daniela Medina.
