French Toast

Before leaving for university, Evangelia visits her grandmother. While her grandmother cares for her by braiding her hair in a style used since childhood, Evangelia is preoccupied and dismissive. She is focused on attending a party in hopes of seeing Tasos and rushes through her preparations. Once at the event, she is forced to consider what she truly needs to leave behind before her departure.

This Greek drama was directed by Elisavet Tsoleridou and written and produced by Marina Theou. The film was produced by the Film School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The short film has a runtime of 11 minutes and features Marina Theou in the role of the granddaughter, alongside Evangelia Theou as the grandmother and Thanasis Tzintzios as the boy.
