VAMPIRO is a horror and mystery short film that explores the dynamics of modern machismo. Based on a poem by Verónica Sulbaran, the story contrasts the assertive actions of a man with the fragility of a woman living in an unkind environment.
The film was directed by Dante Garde, who also wrote the screenplay alongside Verónica Sulbaran. This project follows Garde's previous works, including She Sought to Be, Anomie, Magic Carabobo, Gray Stage, and Everything That Remained of Sophia (And What Did Not). Garde also appears in the cast as the Man, performing alongside Verónica Sulbaran and Karla Espinoza, who both play women. The film has a total runtime of seven minutes.
