Andrey Ayrapetov: Sacrifice

This comedy concert explores the dynamics of toxic relationships, focusing on themes of betrayal, abuse, and hate. The performance examines the cycle of apologies and forgiveness, as well as the emotional toll of fear and devaluation. It portrays the experience of occupying the roles of victim, aggressor, and savior simultaneously, while detailing how the performer managed to endure these struggles.

The film was written by Andrey Ayrapetov and directed by Elizaveta Popova. This production is the third in a series of films directed by Popova, following Andrey Ayrapetov: Disgrace and Garik Oganisyan: Life is the Worst Playwright, both released in 2024. A joint effort between Russia and Kazakhstan, the project was produced by Specials Comedy. It was released on May 8, 2026.
