The Ghost in the Shell

Set in the year 2029, this science fiction animation takes place in the technologically advanced metropolis of Niihama. In a globalized world where citizens can replace their limbs with robotic cybernetics, Public Security Section 9 is tasked with fighting terrorism and corruption. Motoko Kusanagi, a fully cyborgized individual, works with Daisuke Aramaki and a specialized team to neutralize threats, leading them to track a hacker known as the Puppet Master.
