In this comedy special, Eli Haviv discusses his transition away from Orthodox Judaism and his experiences living as a datlash, or a formerly religious Jew. He blends these personal reflections with various anecdotal stories concerning his mother, paper straws, and veterinarians.
Produced by Kan in Israel, the film was directed by Mickey Triest and Aaron Geva. The project served as the debut stand-up special for Haviv, who also wrote the screenplay and appears as himself. The final production has a runtime of 56 minutes.
