The film was produced by Christie Dishner, Jana Fleishman, and Darren Pfeffer through a collaboration between Jesse Collins Entertainment, Rimas Music, Roc Nation, and Apple Music.

The 14-minute production features Bad Bunny as the primary performer. He is joined by other appearing personalities, including Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, KAROL G, Young Miko, and Pedro Pascal. The film is a joint production from the United States and Puerto Rico.
